A beard implant is what?

A beard relocate is exactly as it sounds: Hair is collected from one area of the corpse and then transplanted to the jawline or some desired point where you wish to stimulate beard development. While it may sound honest the procedure is completely intricate accompanying two primary surgical approaches available to the physician beard hair transplant.

Follicular unit extraction (FUE). With this technique, each whole follicular unit is painstakingly removed from the donor location one at a time. FUE is preferred because it causes less discomfort, which may explain why it is used more frequently.

Follicular unit transplantation (FUT). In this technique, a surgeon takes a small strip of tissue from the back of the head and extracts hair follicles from that tissue. A follicular unit refers to a compact cluster of multiple hair follicles that can emerge from the skin through a single exit point

Both procedures require the removal of 2,000 to 5,000 hair follicle grafts or more from the back of the head usually at ear level or somewhat below, and their subsequent transplantation to the facial region. A hair follicle that has been transplanted is represented by a graft.
